BRK Financial Group SA informs the investors that, starting with April 19^th, 2021 at 8:00 (local time), the quarterly financial report at March 31st, 2021, will be available, both in printed version, at the headquarters of BRK Financial Group SA at 119 Motilor Street, Cluj -Napoca, as well as in electronic format on the official website www.brk.ro, in the section "Investor Relations / Financial Results". We mention that the quarterly financial statements as of March 31^st, 2021 are not audited.

Below you will find the details related to the organization of the teleconference.

TELECONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT

The management team of SSIF BRK Financial Group SA organizes, on April 21st, 2021, starting with 14:00, a teleconference with investors regarding quarterly report as of March 31st, 2021.

The teleconference will be held by Ms. Monica Ivan - General Manager, Mr. Răzvan Rat - Deputy General Manager and Mr. Sandu Pali -Economic Director.

Interested persons will express their intention to participate in the teleconference, by sending an email to actionariat@brk.ro, no later than April 20, 2021, 14:00. The content of the email will include at least information with the name of the person, company and questions on the subject teleconferencing. Please note that the questions previously sent by email will allow the management team to provide documented answers.

The conference call will take place via the Zoom application. Registered investors will receive a confirmation email that will include all the details needed to participate. The conference call can be accessed from both the desktop and the Zoom app available for Android and iOS operating systems.
