The management board of S.C. ŞANTIERUL NAVAL ORŞOVA S.A, during the meeting from the date of 08.03.2019 discussed about the allotment of the net profit for the year 2018.

In according with financial situations for the year 2018, which follows to be published starting with 12th of March 2019, in the year 2018 company realized a net profit for allotment in amount of 2.672.848 lei, resulting according to below calculation:

Considering the above mentioned, the management Board of S.C. ŞANTIERUL NAVAL ORŞOVA decided to propose to the General Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders, to be called in for the date of 17th of April 2019, that the net profit which is to be allocated on 31.12.2018, amounted to 2.672.848 lei, should be assigned for following destinations:

• 2.513.042,18 lei for dividends distribution, meaning 0.22 lei/share
• 159.085,82 lei as own financing source

Same time management Board will propose to GMSO from 17th April 2019, approval of dividends payment until 30th of September 2019.
