In accordance with Art. 234 para l) and art. 144 A. of the FSA Regulation 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations and in addition to the Current Report no. 417238/21.01.2021, Patria Bank S.A. informs that, in file no. 22659/3/2018 pending before the High Court of Cassation and Justice, having as object the appeal filed by Mr. Ilie Carabulea against the civil decision no. 904 / 23.07.2020 pronounced by the Bucharest Court of Appeal - Civil Section V, it was pronounced on 21.10.2021 the decision no. 2230 by which the appeal declared by the appellant – plaintiff Mr. Ilie Carabulea against the civil decision no. 904 of July 23, 2020 of the Bucharest Court of Appeal - Civil Section VI, was rejected as unfounded.
