Societeatea Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that in file 1364/101/2022, pending before the Mehedinti Court, in contradiction with the plaintiff Pantea Marius Ioan, having as object claims for the payment of the amount of 424,825.22 lei representing damages and interests for the revocation from the position of administrator without just cause and the payment of the punitive legal interest starting from 02.10.2020 until the date of effective payment of interest damages, the court rejects the action as unfounded. It obliges the plaintiff to pay the defendant the sum of 22,472.58 lei in court costs. With appeal within 30 days of communication.
