Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs his shareholders and investors that she was sued as defendant in contradiction with the plaintiff Pantea Marius Ioan, in case 1364/101/2022, pending before the Mehedinti Tribunal, having as object claims for the payment of the amount of 424,825.22 lei representing damages for revocation from the position of administrator and payment of legal interest in the amount of 424,825.22 lei starting with 02.10.2020 until the date of effective payment.
