Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, according to the existing information on the court portal, in the file 2742/101/2020, pending before the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania, as defendant, in contradiction with Mr. Fercala Mihai as plaintiff , the court Admits the appeal declared by the appellant-defendant ŞANTIERUL NAVAL ORŞOVA S.A. against decision no. 596/2021 of October 11, 2021, pronounced by the Craiova Court of Appeal - Civil Section II. It quashes the appealed decision and sends the case to a new court in the same court. Definitive.
