IMPORTANT EVENT TO REPORT: Litigation

Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that he filed an appeal against the decision no. 596/2021 of 11 October 2021, pronounced by Craiova Court of Appeal, in the file 2742/101/2020, by which the appeal filed by plaintiff Fercala Mihai was admitted against Sentence no. 14/23 April 2021 pronounced by the Mehedinti Tribunal.

We remind you that by the above-mentioned decision, the company Santierul Naval Orsova SA, the respondent-defendant, was obliged to pay the amount of 531,210 lei, as well as to pay the legal penalty interest for each fixed monthly remuneration, from the due date of each obligation until at the time of the actual payment, to the appellant-plaintiff Fercala Mihai. At the same time, by the above decision, the respondentdefendant was obliged to pay the court costs in the total amount of 32,540 lei to the appellant-plaintiff Fercala Mihai.
