IMPORTANT EVENT TO REPORT: Litigation on the role of the Craiova Court of Appeal

Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that it received on 06.07.2021, from the Craiova Court of Appeal, Communication Address accompanied by the appeal filed by Mr. Fercala Mihai against the Sentence no. 14/23 April 2021 pronounced by the Mehedinti Tribunal in file 2742/101 / 2020.

We remind you that by the above-mentioned sentence, the Mehedinți Court rejected the request to sue the plaintiff Fercală Mihai, requesting the payment of the amount of 531,210 lei representing damages for the revocation from the position of administrator and the payment of legal interest in the amount of 531,210 lei starting with 02.10.2020 until the date of actual payment and, at the same time, obliged the plaintiff to pay to the defendant, Orsova Shipyard, the amount of 21,331 lei as court costs.
