SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that the Tribunal of Arad issued a subpoena in the case file no. 337/108/2020 having as object an action for finding and suspending the voting rights formulated by the plaintiff FLAROS SA. The court set the first trial date for June 15, 2020.
