S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. informs the investors that the Quarterly Report as of 30.09.2021 – prepared in accordance with legislation in force – will be available starting from 12.11.2021, 8 ⁰⁰ a.m., at the internet address:

The report will be made available to those interested -as from the same dateat S.I.F. Oltenia's head office from Craiova, 1 Tufanele Street.

The Simplified Interim Individual Financial Statements as of 30 st September 2021 are drawn up in accordance with Rule no. 39/2015 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards applicable to the entities authorized, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervision Authority of the Financial Instruments and Investments Sector.

We mention that the Simplified Interim Individual Financial Statements as of 30 st September 2021 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. will submit the Quarterly Report as of 30.09.2021 to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervisory Authority.
