S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. informs the investors that the Quarterly Report as of 31.03.2021 – prepared in accordance with legislation in force – will be available starting from 14.05.2021, 6:00 p.m., on the internet address:

The report will be available to those interested -starting from the same date -at the

SIF Oltenia S.A. headquarter from Craiova, 1 Tufănele Street.

The Condensed Interim Separate Financial Statements as of 31st March 2021 drawn up in accordance with Rule no. 39/2015 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards applicable to the entities authorized, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Financial Instruments and Investments Sector.

We mention that the Condensed Interim Separate Financial Statements as of 31st March 2021 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. will submit the Quarterly Report as of 31.03.2021 to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervisory Authority as well.
