Oltenia SA- www.sifolt.ro, on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange - www.bvb.ro and at the company's headquarters of the Annual Report and financial statements at individual and consolidated level for the financial year 2020, approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 28.04.2021.

The individual and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2020 are audited by the company's financial auditor.
