At the request of ASF , S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. informs shrareholders and investors that following authorisation as AFIA by the Authorisation no. 45/15.02.2018, the company has not used instruments such as total return swap and has not carried out financing operations through financial instruments (SFT), as defined by the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2365/2015 regarding the transparency of the financing operations through financial instruments and transparency of the re-use and amending of the (EU) Regulation no. 648/2012. This situation is complying with the investment strategy of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A., as it was submitted and adopted within OGSM on 25.04.2018.
