The Administration Board of SIF Oltenia SA, met on 04.04.2017, in the constituency resulted from the Decision no. 8 dated 04.04.2017, adopted by the SIF Oltenia SA Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting: Tudor Ciurezu, Cristian Bușu, Anina Radu, Radu Hanga, Ana Barbara Bobircă, Nicolae Stoian, Carmen Popa, met in the first meeting:

DECIDES

Art. 1 (1) It is elected in the position of Chairman of the Administration Board of SIF Oltenia SA Mr. Tudor Ciurezu.

(2) Pursuant to the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation of SIF Oltenia SA, Mr. Tudor Ciurezu will also act as General Manager (senior leader according to capital market regulations and Internal Regulations of SIF Oltenia SA).

Art. 2 (1) It is elected in the position of Vice Chairman of the Administration Board of SIF Oltenia SA Mr. Cristian Bușu.

(2) Pursuant to the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation of SIF Oltenia SA, Mr. Cristian Bușu will also act as Deputy General Manager (senior leader according to capital market regulations and Internal Regulations of SIF Oltenia SA).

Art. 3 Mister Tudor Ciurezu and Mr. Cristian Bușu will carry on the duties corresponding to the positions of General Manager and respectively Deputy General Manager only after their approval by the FSA in the capacity of senior leaders, according to the regulations of the capital market.
