Sinteza SA informs the shareholders and investors, the interested public, regarding the receipt of the summons in File 347/111/2022, as defendant, file registered with the Bihor Tribunal, substantive stage, having as object claims amounting to 159,984 lei as compensation for the unjustified and untimely revocation of the mandate from the position of administrator, as well as court costs occasioned in litigation.

The company has the obligation to file a Contestation within 25 days from the receipt of the summons.
