Event to report – Advisory agreement with EIB

Taking into account the strategic importance of investment objectives to be achieved within scheduled values and time the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and stakeholders about its signing with the European Investment Bank (EIB) an agreement for assistance services with respect to providing sound analysis of Company's internal processes to improve investment project management by removing bottlenecks and turn activities efficient. This assistance also aims at extending access to a database of national and international contractors that to date for reasons to be cleared have not cooperated with Transelectrica.
