The National Power Grid Company "Transelectrica" S.A. informs shareholders and investors that, in compliance with the Mandate Contract no. C419/13.11.2014 and with those inscribed in the communication registered in the Company under no. 8982/10.03.2017, Mr. Ion-Toni TEAU relinquishes his given mandate as The National Power Grid Company "Transelectrica" S.A. directorate member and president, starting from April 26, 2017.

During today, March 13, 2017, The Supervisory Board of The National Power Grid Company "Transelectrica" S.A. will analyze the request of Mr. Ion-Toni TEAU, in order to establish the most appropriate measures to be taken under the given circumstances.
