have signed before the public notary the declaration of acceptance of mandates, their appointment entering into force starting October 22, 2023.

The National Power Transmission Company Transelectrica S.A. also informs the interested public on the fact that on October 20, 2023, Mr. Adrian Remus BOROTEA, appointed by Decision no. 9/2023 of the Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly, informed the Company that he did not accept the mandate of provisional member of the Supervisory Board.
