According to SGOAD no. 3/2023 and the informative note SGOA no. 56279/22.11.2022 brought to the shareholders' attention on the Shareholders' General Assembly on 16.02.2023, the National Power Transmission Grid Company Transelectrica S.A. informs the shareholders and the interested people on the fact that file no. 28255/3/2023 having as its object 'patrimonial liability action' between 'Transelectrica' S.A. as plaintiff in contradiction with the defendants Ion-Toni TEAU, Constantin VĂDUVA, Octavian LOHAN through heirs (deceased) and Mircea Toma MODRANⁱ , as well as with Radu Ștefan CERNOVii and Nicolina Anuța VĂRZARUiii has been registered with the Court of Bucharest, Section VIII Labor and Social Security. The value of the requested claims is 204,414 RON representing the compensation value (net salaries and court costs) paid by the Company to the laid-off employees during the year 2017.

Currently, the case is in regularization procedure and the first trial date shall be set afterwards.
