Communiqué: Recruitment announcement for Supervisory Board member of CNTEE Transelectrica SA

The National Power Transmission Grid Company Transelectrica-S.A. informs the shareholders and investors, on the transmission by the General Secretariat of the Government, in its capacity as the tutelary public authority, of the recruitment notice for the position of member in the Supervisory Board of C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica-S.A. The recruitment and selection process aims to identify, recruit and select the most suitable 7 candidates for the position of member in the Supervisory Board of C.N.T.E.E TRANSELECTRICA-S.A. This recruitment and selection process takes place in accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, approved by Law no. 111/2016 and H.G. no. 722/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of some provisions of the Government's Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, with subsequent amendments and additions, as well as those of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
