The National Power Transmission Grid Company "Transelectrica" SA informs the investing public that on July 25, 2023 the majority shareholder, the Romanian State through the General Secretariat of the Government, as public tutelary authority, sent the Letter of expectations required for the selection and evaluation of the Directorate and of the Supervisory Board of N.P.G. Co. Transelectrica for the period 2023 – 2027, approved by GSG Order no.906/10.07.2023, registered within the Company under no. 36259/26.07.2023.
