The National Power Grid Company "Transelectrica" SA informs the investors that on June 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the second convocation of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders, chaired by the shareholder Sava Cătălin, a person authorized by the Court Bucharest by the conclusion pronounced by the Bucharest Court, Civil Section VI, in file no. 7925/3/2023 on 28.03.2023, 3 (three) shareholders participated, representing 58.6884% of the company's share capital. No decision was adopted during the meeting.
