Santierul Naval Orsova S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, according to the existing information on the court portal, in the file 2742/101/2020, pending before the Craiova Court of Appeal, as defendant, in contradiction with Mr. Fercala Mihai as plaintiff, the court Admits the appeal made by Mr. Fercala Mihai against the Sentence no. 14/23 April 2021 pronounced by the Mehedinti Tribunal.

It changes the sentence in the sense that it admits the request for summons. Obliges the respondentdefendant to the appellant-plaintiff to pay the amount of 531,210 lei, as well as to pay the penalizing legal interest related to each fixed monthly remuneration, from the due date of each obligation and until the moment of effective payment. Obliges the respondent-defendant to the appellant-plaintiff to pay the court costs in the total amount of 32,540 lei. With the right to appeal within 30 days from the communication of the decision
