Event to report – Annulment/rejection of the intervention applications in the disputes regarding the ORCTB registration of SOGA Decision no. 4 of 22.06.2021

In addition to those submitted by the current report dated 16.07.2021, disseminated through the capital market institutions, the Company's Directorate informs the investor public about the annulment or, as the case may be, the rejection, by Bucharest Tribunal, of the intervention applications submitted by Mr. Goicea Adrian and Mrs. Popescu Luiza based on GEO no. 116/2009 in files no. 19444/3/2021, no. 19445/3/2021, no. 19446/3/2021 and no.19448/3/2021.

Thus, in conjunction with the rejection by Bucharest Tribunal of the intervention application submitted in file no. 19447/3/2021, all five intervention applications submitted by Mr. Goicea Adrian and Mrs. Popescu Luiza in the ORCTB registration procedure of SGA Decision no. 4/22.06.2021 and consequent acts, by which the interveners requested in all five files the rejection of claim applications, declaring null and void the Notice of call dated 20.05.2021 for SOGA meeting of 22.05.2021 and the notice of call's supplementing registered under no. 23910/04.06.2021, together with the annex to it dated 07.06.2021, declaring null and void the minutes of SGA meeting no. 4/22.06.2021, declaring null and void SGA decision no. 4/22.06.2021, staying the enforcement of SGA decision no. 4/22.06.2021, were annulled, namely rejected by Bucharest Tribunal.
