S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. informs the investors that the Half Yearly Report as of 30.06.2021 – prepared according to the legal provisions – will be available, starting as from 13.08.2021, 06:00 p.m., on company's website:

The report will be also made available for those interested in - as from the same date - at the S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. headquarters from Craiova, 1, Tufănele Street.

The Condensed Interim Separate Financial Statements as of 30 st June 2021 are drawn up in accordance with Rule no. 39/2015 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards applicable to the entities authorized, regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Financial Instruments and Investments Sector.

We mention that the financial statements as of 30.06.2021 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. will submit the Half Yearly Report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervisory Authority.
