National Power Grid Company Transelectrica S.A. informs the investor public that on November 15, 2019, ANRE issued the observation and sanction minutes no. 99451 by which, noting the non-fulfillment of the 2018 annual investment plan, it established the Company's sanction, in accordance with art. 93, para. (1), point 4^1, corroborated with the provisions of art. 93, para. (2), pt. 2, letter c) of the Law on Electricity and Natural Gas no. 123/2012, with later amendments and additions, for non-compliance with the validity conditions associated with the licenses/authorisations issued by ANRE with a fine amounting to 200,000 lei.

The Company will pay within no more than 15 days from the communication date of the minutes, half of the minimum total fine stipulated by the legislative act, in the amount of 10,000 lei.

The Company will analyse the motivation presented in the respective minutes in order to exercise the right to challenge in court the possible irregularities within it.
