Important event to report: change in Transelectrica's Shareholders' Register

In applying the provisions of GEO no. 68/2019, on 14.11.2019, the Central Depository registered in the Shareholders' Register of National Power Grid Company Transelectrica S.A. the transfer of a number of 43,020,309 shares, representing 58.688% of the Company's share capital, from the account of the Romanian State represented by the Ministry of Economy to the account of the Romanian State represented by the Government through the General Secretariat of the Government.

In support of the above, we attach the Central Depository's notification letter, registered with the Company under number 47858/14.11.2019.
