Communiqué regarding the availability of the quarterly report as of March 31, 2016

OMV Petrom S.A. anunță acționarii şi investitorii că raportul conținând rezultatele consolidate ale Grupului OMV Petrom pentru perioada ianuarie – martie 2016, întocmit în conformitate cu Standardele Internaționale de Raportare Financiara va fi disponibil pe site-ul www.omvpetrom.com, secțiunea Relația cu investitorii, şi la Bursa de Valori Bucureşti, începând cu data de 11 mai 2016, ora 8:30 (ora locala), simultan cu publicarea rezultatelor OMV (acționarul majoritar) la Bursa din Viena şi pe site-ul www.omv.com.

Raportul va fi disponibil şi la sediul companiei din București, Str. Coralilor, nr. 22, sector 1 ("Petrom City").

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated results for January – March 2016 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, Investor Relations section and at the Bucharest Stock Exchange starting with May 11, 2016, 8:30am (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.

The report will also be available at the company's headquarters in Bucharest, 22 Coralilor Street, district 1 ("Petrom City").
