In accordance with the provisions of the Art. 92 index 3 of the Law no. 24/2017 and of the FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Patria Bank SA informs the investors about the concluding on 05.01.2021 of the Amendment no. 2 to the Subordinated term Loan Agreement dated 18.12.2018, amounting to EUR 3 million, granted by EEAF Financial Services BV (majority shareholder of Patria Bank SA), regarding the extension of the maturity from 7 to 8 years.
