Reduction of share capital - Registration Certificate of Financial Instruments

SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that the Financial Supervisory Authority has issued the Registration Certificate of Financial Instruments under the number AC-168-5/24.12.2020 regarding the reduction of company's share capital.

The share capital of the company was reduced from RON 51,746,072.40 to RON 51,542,236.30, divided into 515,422,363 shares with a nominal value of RON 0.10, following the cancellation of 2,038,361 own shares, as per Resolution no. 1/27.04.2020 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of SIF Banat-Crișana's Shareholders.

We inform the investors that the Company registered the operation of share capital reduction at the Trade Register Office, and the operations of registering the share capital reduction at the capital market institutions are currently in progress.
