SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that, according to the information available on the courts' portal, in the court file no. 5295/2/2019 judged by the Bucharest Court of Appeal, in which SIF Banat-Crișana has the quality of defendant, Flaros SA has the quality of plaintiff and the Financial Supervision Authority has the quality of main defendant, the court file having as object the issuance of an administrative act by the Financial Supervisory Authority, the court, based on art. 406 par. 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, ascertained the waiver of the judgment filed by the plaintiff Flaros SA in contradiction with the defendants in the case. The decision is not final and can be appealed within 15 days from the communication.
