S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. informs the investors that The Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 2014 - prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") adopted by the European Union and the R.N.S.C. Decision no. 1176/15.09.2010, according to which the Company prepares and submits to F.S.A. (Financial Supervision Authority) Consolidated Annual Financial Statements, in accordance with IFRS adopted by the European Union, within 8 months from the closing of the financial year - accompanied by the Report of the Administration Board and by the Compliance Statement, can be inspected as from 27.08.2015 hours: 18:30, at the internet address: www.sifolt.ro.

The report will be made available to those interested - as from the same date - at the headquarters of S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. of Craiova, 1, Tufanele St.

We mention that the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31.12.2014 are audited by the independent financial auditor JPA Audit & Consultantă S.R.L. Bucharest.

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. will submit the Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31.12.2014, accompanied by the Report of the Administration Board and the Auditor Report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervision Authority.

These financial statements are prepared for informative purpose and intended exclusively for use by the Group, its shareholders and FSA, cannot be invoked as the basis for the investment decision and do not create changes in the shareholder right regarding the dividend.
