S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. informs the investors that the annual individual financial Statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") for the financial exercise ended 31.12.2014, will be available starting from 26.06.2015, after hours 18:00, at the internet address: www.sifolt.ro -Section: Investor Info/Reports/Periodical Reports.

The annual individual financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS for the financial exercise ended 31.12.2014, will be made available to those concerned starting from 26.06.2015, at the head office of S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. of Craiova, Tufănele Street no. 1.

These statements represent the second set of financial statements and have been prepared for information purposes, according to RNSC Instruction no. 6/2011 regarding the application of International Financial Reporting Standards by the authorized entities, regulated and supervised by the National Commission of Securities, as amended and supplemented by ASF Instruction no. 1/15.05.2013 and ASF Instruction no. 2/06.08.2014, derived by the retreatment of the information presented in the annual financial statements prepared under the accountancy conducted according to the Accounting Regulations compliant with the Directive IV of the European Economic Communities, approved by RNSC Order no. 13/2011...

We mention that the annual individual financial Statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") for the financial exercise ended 31.12.2014 are accompanied by the report of the independent financial auditor JPA Audit & Consulting S.R.L. Bucharest (auditor's opinion). The auditor's opinion is expressed with no reserves.

These financial statements are intended solely to be used by the Company, its shareholders and ASF, they cannot be invoked as the basis of the investment decision and they do not produce changes in the shareholders' right regarding the dividend.
