We inform you that on 05.06.2015, SIF OLTENIA SA have received the Approval no. 180/04.06.2015 from the Financial Supervisory Authority, whereby the changes occurred in the SIF Oltenia SA's documents as effect of the change of the membership of the company's Administration Board, according to the Decison no. 5 on 29.04.2015 of the SIF. OLTENIA SA 's Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting, namely the election of Mr. Paul -George Prodan for the position of member in the Administration Board of SIF Oltenia SA for a mandate period equal to the one of the current Administration Board of SIF Oltenia SA, elected in OGAS on 20.04.2013
