Oltenia S.A. informs investors that, during the meeting of the Board of Administration on 29.07.2019, the convening of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting put in the task of the Board of Administration of SIF Oltenia SA by the ASF Decision no. 937/18.07.2019, with the agenda requested by joint request by the shareholders S.I.F. Banat Crisana S.A. and S.I.F. Muntenia S.A., recorded at SIF Oltenia SA under no.5071/11.06.2019, has been rejected, motivated by the decreasing of the shareholding of the two shareholders below the legal and statutary 5% threshold of SIF Oltenia SA share capital, according to the Holdings Statement submitted by Societatea de Investitii Financiare Banat Crisana S.A. under no. 1663/23.07.2019.
