Considering the Romania President Decree no. 240 on 14 April 2020 regarding the extension of the emergency state on Romanian territory, provisions of the military ordinances issued by the Romanian authorities by which restrictions were imposed in order to manage the situation created by COVID-19, we return with the request that during the state of emergency the public relations activity of S.I.F.
