PRESS RELEASE Availability of SIF Banat-Crișana annual report for 2019

April 27, 2020, Arad | SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that the Annual Report of SIF Banat-Crișana, the standalone and the consolidated financial statements for the year 2019, as approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders, will be available for the public on Company's website www.sif1.ro, starting April 27, 2020, and in print at Company's headquarters.

The report is prepared pursuant to the provisions of Law no. 24/2017, CNVM Regulation no. 15/2004, ASF Regulation no. 5/2018 and ASF Rule no. 39/2015.

Note that the standalone and the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2019, are audited by the financial auditor of the Company.
