Authorization of SIF Oltenia SA as Alternative Investment Funds Manager (AFIA)

SIF Oltenia SA informs investors that the company's process of authorization by the ASF in its capacity of Manager of Alternative Investment Funds (AFIA) has been completed, as well as the assessment and authorization of the key functions persons (management, risk management,compliance officer). Also, the company's Articles of association has been athorized.

Thus, S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. has received from ASF the following documents:

• Authorization no. 45/15.02.2018 by which the company has benn authorized as Manager of Alternative Investment Funds (A.F.I.A.);

• Authorization no. 48/15.02.2018 by which the changes of the Contract and Memorandum of association of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. as they were adopted by the EGSM Decision no. 1/28.04.2016, EGSM Decision no. 3/25.08.2016 and Decision no. 3/05.09.2017 are authorized, these becoming Articles of association upon receipt of the present authorization;

• Authorization no. 46/15.02.2018 for authorization of Mrs. Budin Daniela in the key position of risk management within S.I.F. Oltenia S.A.;

• Authorization no. 47/15.02.2018 for authorization of Mrs. Bălan Viorica in the key position of compliance officer within S.I.F. Oltenia S.A.;

• Decision no. 237/15.02.2018 by which is withdrawn the authorization of Mrs. Bălan Viorica as Representative of Internal Control Department of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A.
