IMPORTANT EVENT TO REPORT: Decision of the Board of Directors dated 18.02.2020

Through this Current Report, SINTEZA SA informs the shareholders and investors that the general manager of the company Mr. Turcu Vasile Cosmin ended his term of office on 18.02.2020 and currently the procedure for selecting the new general manager is underway. Mr. Cosmin Turcu will continue to remain with the company Sinteza SA, as a member of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors at the meeting on 18.02.2020 decided the appointment of Mr. Nilca George Valentin as Interim General Manager of the company, starting with 19.02.2020 until 01.03.2020, the date on which it will be finalized the procedure for selecting the new CEO.
