SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that in the litigation subject of the file case no. 1648/108/2019, joined with the file case no. 1583/108/2019 to be judged by the Tribunal of Arad, having as object the request for the annulment of the Resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of SIF Banat-Crișana Shareholders no. 1 of June 20, 2019, in contradiction with SIF Oltenia S.A. and Flaros S.A., the Court ruled the postponement of the trial for 24.02.2020.
