In accordance with Art. 234 para l) and art. 144 A. of the FSA Regulation 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations and in addition to the Current Report no. 42923/15.07.2019, Patria Bank SA informs that on 30.01.2020 the Bucharest Court of Appeal communicated to the Bank the request for appeal made by Mr. Ilie Carabulea against the Civil sentence no. 2096/2019 delivered by the Bucharest Court in the file no. 22659/3/2018.

Patria Bank SA will take the necessary steps in order to submit the statement of defense within the legal deadline.
