SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that in the litigation object of the case file no. 1648/108/2019, joined with the case file no. 1583/108/2019 to be judged by the Tribunal of Arad, having as its object the application for the annulment of the Decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of SIF Banat-Crișana Shareholders no. 1 of June 20, 2019, in contradiction with SIF Oltenia SA and Flaros SA, the plaintiff SIF Oltenia SA has made a request for the recusal of the judge of the case, the court is to decide on this request in another formation of the court.
