Rejection of request for presiding judge's order

SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that the Court rejected the request for a presiding judge's order for the provisional suspension of voting rights, filed by the plaintiff FLAROS SA in contradiction with SIF BANAT-CRIȘANA SA, SIF MUNTENIA SA, TORCH INVEST SRL, OPUS - CHARTERED ISSUANCES SA, FONDUL ÎNCHIS DE INVESTIȚII ACTIVE PLUS, FIA ROMANIA STRATEGY FUND AA/VADUZ, ARIS CAPITAL SA, SMART CAPITAL INVESTMENTS SA, (subject of the case file no. 388/108/2020 before the Tribunal of Arad).

The Court delivered the judgment in the public hearing of 20.02.2020. The sentence is enforceable, an appeal could be filed within 5 days from the communication.
