SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that in the case file no. 388/108/2020 before the Tribunal of Arad, having as object a request for a presiding judge's order for the provisional suspension of voting rights, filed by the plaintiff FLAROS SA in contradiction with SIF BANAT-CRIȘANA SA, SIF MUNTENIA SA, TORCH INVEST SRL, OPUS - CHARTERED ISSUANCES SA, FONDUL ÎNCHIS DE INVESTIȚII ACTIVE PLUS, FIA ROMANIA STRATEGY FUND AA/VADUZ, ARIS CAPITAL SA, SMART CAPITAL INVESTMENTS SA, the debates in question took place today, February 19, 2020, without the notice of the parties, the Court adjourning the decision for 24 hours.
