Patria Bank SA informs investors that the Bucharest Stock Exchange S.A. has approved the admission to trading on the regulated market managed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange within the Debt Instruments sector - corporate bonds category - of the subordinated, unsecured, non-convertible, EUR denominated Bonds issued by Patria Bank SA (the PBK28E issue) bearing a fixed interest rate of 6, 50% p.a., due on 05.10.2028, with a total nominal value of EUR 8,187,000.
The PBK28E Bonds were issued through the private placement carried out during September 28-30, 2020.
The Financial Supervisory Authority, through the Decision no. 1429 dated December 4, 2020, has approved the Prospectus for Admission to Trading on the regulated market managed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange of the bonds.
The first trading day of the bonds on the regulated market is December 15, 2020, the ticker symbol being PBK28E.
