Comunicat disponibilitate Raport Anual 2013/ Communiqué regarding the availability of the Annual Report for 2013

S.C. OMV Petrom S.A. informează acţionarii săi că Raportul Anual 2013, întocmit în conformitate cu Regulamentul nr. 1/2006 al Comisiei Naţionale a Valorilor Mobiliare, este disponibil pe site-ul de internet al companiei, www.petrom.com secţiunea Relaţia cu Investitorii > Rapoarte şi prezentări pentru investitori > Rapoarte anuale.

Rapoartele anuale in varianta tipărita pot fi obţinute de la sediul societăţii, situat în Str. Coralilor, nr. 22, sector 1, Bucureşti ("Petrom City"), Departamentul Relaţia cu Investitorii.

Raportul a fost trimis Bursei de Valori Bucureşti şi Autorității de Supraveghere Financiară, în conformitate cu legislaţia în vigoare.

OMV Petrom S.A. informs its shareholders that the 2013 Annual Report, prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation no.1/2006 of the National Securities Commission is available on the company's website www.petrom.com, section Investor Relations > Investor Reports and Presentations > Annual Reports.

The print version of the annual reports can also be obtained from the Company headquarters located in 22 Coralilor street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City"), Investor Relations Department.

The Report has been submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority, in accordance with the legislation.
