The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the investor public that on 18 May 2018 ANRE issued the ascertaining and penalising minutes 38370 whereby it applied a fine to Transelectrica for nonfulfillment of the legal obligations resulting from the license no. 161/2000 for provision of electricity transmission services, for provision of system services and for the balancing market administration, granted under Decision 865/22.12.2000 of ANRE President.

Transelectrica has paid the fine in quantum of 8,000 Lei and is reviewing the motivation provided in the respective minutes with a view to exercise its right to contest in court the possible irregularities existent thereof.
