The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the interested public that Mr Adrian – Constantin RUSU, provisional Directorate member designated on 20 April 2018 by the Supervisory Board under Decision 37/2018, has signed the mandate acceptance statement on 23 april 2018, his appointment becoming effective as of the date of this communiqué.

The mandate is granted for the time period remaining until expiry of the mandate of Directorate members in office, namely until 16 July 2018.
