The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the shareholders and investors that the Supervisory Board designated Mr Adrian – Constantin RUSU as provisional Directorate member during its meeting of 20 April 2018.

The mandate is granted for the time interval left until expiry of the mandate of Directorate members in office, namely 16 July 2018.

Mr Adrian – Constantin RUSU's appointment will become effective beginning with the signature date before the notary public of the acceptance statement for the Directorate member mandate in the National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA.
