Communique – details on the annual preliminary financial results - 2017 presentation

The National Power Grid Company Transelectrica SA informs the general investing public that a presentation of the 2017 annual financial results will be organized on 16th of February 2018 in accordance with 2017 financial calendar.

The presentation will take place at the Mercure Bucharest Unirii Hotel, Mircea Vodă boulevard, no 28, Bucharest, Mircea Vodă Room – entresol II, on 16th of February 2018, starting 09:00h. Participants' registration starts at 08:30h.

Annual preliminary financial results – 2017 will be available online on the 15 th of February 2018 at www.transelectrica.ro / investors / periodical reports / reports / 2017 reports.

Those who are interested to participate to the presentation are kindly asked to pre-register at relatii.investitori@transelectrica.ro by 15th of February, 12:00h.
